Please note that any delays, damages, or issues occurring after your order has been dispatched fall under the courier company's responsibility.
After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If the courier cannot deliver due to your absence, they will leave instructions for a second attempt. Following two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you must contact the courier within 10 days to arrange pickup. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to us, and a refund will be issued.

Clothing, hats, and hat bags are eligible for returns or exchanges in the event of manufacturing defects, incorrect quantities, or discrepancies with the website description. Customers have the right and according to the law can return or exchange the received goods within 30 days after the customer received the order. The product must be in its original packaging, complete with labels and accessories, and have no signs of use. Also, we understand that there may be issues with sizing, so we offer an exchange for another size if the desired size is available. Swimwear
Swimwear will only be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping or product error on the part of AmberHats. The goods that did not suit you can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the goods are in their original packaging with intact labels and attachments. According to hygienic standards, swimsuits that have been tried on or have been used are not subject to return.
